1. Cooked PTO Product
The difference of Cooked PTO and that of Raw PTO is in the raw and cooked condition. For other aspect it is similar.
Cooked products are ready-to-eat products so its processign is strictly controlled as specified in processing specificatin and other criteria such as microbiological aspects.
It is necessary to differentiate two types of cooked products: the first one is to cooked the shrimp when it is processed nearly completely (this is the most , the other is to took shrimp when the shell still on (cook-in-shell). The result is cooked PTO of course, however, color and taste different.

2. Cooked PD IQF: Similar to raw PD, the different of this item is the cook and raw state. Cooked PD is mainly supplied to US market. The table below shows the main packing style for this item.

3. Sushi shrimp Similar to Nobashi, sushi is a word originated from Japanese.
Sushi is processed from good fresh HLSO materials, then it is cooked before the shell is removed (we call this cook in shell). Then it goes through a cooling system. The shrimp is cut into two parts. Then it is trim to make it more attractive. These pieces are then laid on tray, put it bag and vacuum sealed and is frozen. Frozen shrimp trays are ready for put into master carton.
