The Alabama state's Agrculture & Industries Department has again issued a stop sale order to catfish products imported from five Asian county (Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam).
The ban was announced in a press conference on Wed 4, 2009 by Commissioner Ron Spark of the Alabama State Agriculture and Industries.
Lab tests found 18 samples out of 40 positive to fluoroquinolones, a banned drug for fish and seafood by FDA.
